The mission field moved.
The Church mostly didn’t.
Millions of people form their closest relationships inside Discord servers, games, streams, and online communities. Some of their hardest moments happen there too.

Yet much of our ministry infrastructure still assumes the first step is getting someone into a Christian space.
AMONG starts with a different assumption: go to them.

We’re already there. The goal was never to move people somewhere else — it’s to establish Christian presence right where they already gather. Where useful, people are connected to Christians and churches nearby, but physical-church conversion isn’t the measure.

The operating model
Keep the institution small. Send the Church everywhere.
The design principles that make this genuinely different:
Online-native.
Build around how people actually live online rather than reproducing Sunday morning digitally.
Human where humanity matters.
Technology discovers, routes, coordinates, remembers, and scales. People pray, counsel, discern, disciple, and love.
Low burn.
AI and software absorb the administrative and coordination work so resources flow toward mission.
Transparent by design.
Finances, governance, moderation, and important decisions can become auditable rather than hidden behind organizational machinery.
Truth without unnecessary division.
Rigorous, AI-assisted theological vetting grounded first in Scripture — distinguishing clear teaching from genuinely disputed interpretation.
Mission over institution.
Measure people reached, supported, growing, finding freedom, and eventually serving others — not organizational size.
One application
The local church, inverted.
A youth ministry doesn’t need to build First Baptist Youth Discord™ and hope kids join it. AMONG helps equip the youth and vetted adult mentors it already has to be missionaries inside the communities they already belong to.

The invitation
We’re looking for people already called to this mission field.
AMONG is early. We’re looking for ministry leaders, digital missionaries, theologians, online community builders, safety experts, and technologists who believe the Church should be present where people actually live.
